We maintain a lending library that currently contains 307 books in braille and 1848 books on audio tape. Each year 35-40 titles are added.

All books are sent on a 30-day loan basis with renewal privileges on request. Topics include adventure, biography, Bible stories, and music, as well as devotional and inspirational material. Almost all the books are nonfiction covering all reading-age levels.

Books are generally selected from a list of subject catagories. Upon return of a borrowed book, a computer will select a new book from your list of subject interests unless you have made specific selections from our catalog.

A cassette catalog update is produced annually for Youth & Adult titles; and a complete catalog is produced for Preschool & Children's titles. A braille catalogue lists all the braille titles in our lending library. A copy of any of these catalogs is available upon request.

All books are sent in re-mailable carriers. To return the books to the library, remove the address card from its holder on the mailer, turn it over, replace it in the holder, and mail the container. No postage is required.

NOTE: To play magazine and library tapes from Christian Record Services, you will need to select the correct tape speed and track configuration on your NLS player. Any inexpensive cassette player will also play our tapes.
